		<description>Sometimes, we really need to re-evaluate the quality service that Singaporean give to their countrymen.

My colleague just pointed out to me recently that his friend had to early terminate a Singnet Broadband as they had recently sold the apartment and the new tenant would not like to take over the existing contract. They already have an existing SingNet Broadband service and do not need to transfer the line. To cancel, we found out that it cost the subscriber at least $20K. 

The termination clause state that the penalty is the number of unused days X (monthly promotional price). 

hmm.. wonder why no one has made noise on this yet!</description>
